then you can use Fungimol. Otherwise, you must reconfigure your X server before you can run Fungimol.depth 16, bits_per_pixel 16, scanline_pad 32 depth 15, bits_per_pixel 16, scanline_pad 32 depth 24, bits_per_pixel 32, scanline_pad 32
I have successfully worked through the tutorial on a 32 MB 300 Mhz system. DesignAtoms are slower than I would like; on this machine I found myself stopping time when navigating through the scene because it sped up the animation.
ATOMrecords, are not added. Only
CONECTrecords are fully supported;
ATOMrecords are treated like
HETATMrecords and all other records are ignored.
